Workers and job seekers that sign up through their organization can access a guided experience that includes career exploration, skills mapping, training and program recommendations, and job search assistance.
How do I get involved?
We invite interested organizations and individuals to apply to participate during our beta phase as we develop, test, and release new features. For organizations, we are looking for workforce development organizations operating at scale and large employers looking to reimagine their talent acquisition and development offerings. For individuals, we are looking for workers and job seekers open to using Copilot and answering a few questions a few times a month to feed product development. How does Career Copilot use AI?
Career Copilot uses AI in many ways, including an LLM multi-agent architecture, as well as other LLM tools and methods such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ground the system in job and organizational context. We’re currently building with our own in-house AI models, as well as those from OpenAI. We are committed to Responsible AI principles and practices giving attention to reducing bias, enhancing accuracy, and building in safeguards. We also use a human-centered approach in design, implementation, testing, and refinement ensuring that responses are monitored and reviewed at each stage.
